Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) Level 1
The Immediate Dentoalveolar Restoration (IDR) is a surgical procedure that is intended to expand the number of teeth that can be immediately loaded on to individual or multiple teeth that are compromised. This method allows the tissue loss associated with various lengths to be reconstructed during the same surgical procedure as the placement of the implant and the installation of a provisional crown, this decreases the number of procedures and makes the esthetics of the session predictable.
