Importance of Succession Planning
About this Course
At a minimum, every practitioner goes through at least two successions: when they enter dentistry and when they exit. However, successions and transitions occur whenever the value of a practice is expanded bringing in an additional doctor (such as an associate), or transferred from one doctor to another in the formation of a partnership or execution of a buy in. In this course recommended for doctors at every career stage, learn about ideal succession strategies so that you know when and how succession strategies must be part of your strategic planning.
