AIUM 3D Ultrasound of the Uterus and Adnexa: How Does it Make a Difference? (CME VIDEOS)
Upon completion, participants will be able to list indications where the addition of 3-dimentional (3D) ultrasound is useful and often the optimal imaging modality; describe the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) classification systems of mullerian duct anomalies; and learn how 3D ultrasound volumes are manipulated to obtain clinically relevant information.
This activity will cover the value of 3D in assessment of the location, number, and character of uterine abnormalities, such as fibroids and endometrial polyps.
The AIUM designates this enduring material for a maximum of 1.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Credits accepted by the ARDMS and as ARRT Category A Credits.
