Knowledge of the radiological physics and technical aspects of image creation in ultrasound, CT, and MRI is essential to understanding their impact on image quality, improving diagnosis, and providing value-based patient care. To enable effective use of various basic and advanced imaging technologies, this course will discuss pitfalls and artifacts important to avoid misdiagnosis. Additionally, radiologists will be updated on the latest information on contrast agents, protocols, and advanced techniques to improve image quality, workflow, and interpretation.
