UCSF Antepartum and Intrapartum Management 2023 (Course)
In it’s 46th year, this course covers current issues in antepartum and intrapartum assessment and clinical management in obstetrics. The course is designed for physicians, midwives, obstetric nurses, and trainees. The faculty instructors are internationally known through their clinical and basic research, scholarly articles, and texts.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Counsel patients regarding prenatal carrier screening and aneuploidy screening;
- Manage and treat hypertension postpartum;
- Appropriately manage fetal heart rate tracings in labor;
- Describe and manage thyroid disease in pregnancy;
- Describe and manage appropriate follow up of gest
