This book is not meant to be a comprehensive rhinoplasty text but actually is a running commentary on how I have dealt with undesirable outcomes and how I have taken the initiative to change my technique to improve my outcomes.
Rhinoplasty has been a life-long passion of mine and this collection of observations provides insight into how I came to my present techniques and philosophy for performing rhinoplasty.
