Join us for a full day of presentations on Friday, June 20, 2025, dealing with the most current issues and topics in providing treatment to patients with cardiac & stroke issues in the Primary Care setting. Presentations by regionally and nationally recognized speakers will include topics on the latest and most advanced technologies in prevention and treatment of cardiac and cerebrovascular issues. The Heart & Stroke Essentials for Primary Care Conference is designed to enhance the knowledge and competence of healthcare professionals who treat patients with cardiac and stroke disease and dysfunction. Current scientific research, bestpractices, diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in several areas of cardiac and stroke medicine and prevention will be presented.
