Dr. Baris Cakir performs two closed preservation rhinoplasty cases in this video series. The surgeries are shown from local anesthesia infiltration to postoperative dressing, demonstrating each step of the technique in detail. At several points during each case, Dr. Cakir pauses to illustrate and explain a particular step in the technique and demonstrates the devices he uses to deliver successful results for his patients. Viewers will also benefit from the analysis before each case in which Dr. Cakir discusses the presenting problems and treatment plan for each patient and shows simulations of the correction superimposed on the preoperative photos. Ten-day and 20-day postoperative photos are also shown. Additional animations clearly demonstrate specific elements of technique.
