Unser Körper – Ausdruck, Haltung, Körpersprache : Mit der TCM neu wahrnehmen (PDF Book)
Who are we in physical terms? What does our appearance say about us? And what does all of this have to do with Chinese medicine? To answer these questions we just have to look at ourselves. Our body speaks to us. Through its forms, its structures, its characteristics. He tells us exciting and instructive stories: About our origins and our careers. About our status quo and our future. He reports on possibilities and limits, strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes. He can help us to get to know ourselves better. Assuming: we understand his language. Learning the language of our body is the aim of this book. The author compares people with trees, speaks of the five elements, dedicates himself to the three treasures and is of the opinion that stamina and constitution should come to a common denominator. At first glance this looks Chinese, at second glance it is even because the basis of this book is traditional Chinese medicine. All of this is served with ease and a pinch of humor: stories from head to toe.
