She co-founded the wellbeing app ‘87%’ and is founder and CEO of Play Well For Life, which transforms lives using game-based learning, following the development of an emotion regulation intervention within her PhD.Dr Alesia Moulton-Perkins is a clinical psychologist and CBT therapist.
