Creation of Life
by Charles D. Schaper Ph.D. (Author)
Reaching an apex with this third research monograph in the series, this manuscript presents a protocol for the origin of life, including life induction by design as well as a packaging mechanism to distribute the precursors of genetic cells to enable life. While the basis molecule for the prior two research monographs was the planar steroid, these research results present a modification, which thereby introduces new molecular structures for the starting material and catalyst necessary for the practical implementation. These materials satisfy stoichiometry requirements of the adenine-thymine and guanine-cytosine pathways, introducing for the first time DNA synthesis mechanisms that precisely track the carbon atoms from the starting material to the resultant nucleotides. Moreover, the results provide solutions of not only a random distribution of genetic function, but also a design mechanism to pre-plan the genetic sequence, while encoding it as a symbolic sequence in alternating sequences of starting material and catalyst. The research represents a fundamental development in tracing the origin of life and providing a purpose for life itself as the usage of this new knowledge becomes evident. The manuscript is divided into three parts. The first part presents the main result of a procedure for life induction by design. It references later chapters in the research monograph. The second part is a single chapter representing the starting point for the research, which is a discover that in and of itself is of fundamental importance as it characterizes a structural and functional relation between the Watson-Crick DNA nucleotide pairings and the two classes of steroid hormones which represent that the missing third hydrogen bonding of adenine-thymine is related to the location of the cortisol-class of steroid hormones. This information is important in developing DNA synthesis mechanisms related to the origin and creation of life. The third part addresses the research results in between the molecular primer and the main result. This research addresses practical features of the source for cellular constructs, such as the proton motive force.
