Mit ADHS erfolgreich im Beruf: So wandeln Sie vermeintliche Schwächen in Stärken um (German Edition) (PDF Book)

By Heiner Lachenmeier
What is ADHD and, more importantly, how do people with ADHD behave? What does this mean for the experience of those affected, what influence does it have on their access to their skills, and how does this affect working life?

Based on these questions, the author shows for the first time from a scientific point of view and in an easily understandable, easily consumable and not least humorous form how ADHD affects working life and what opportunities can open up with a better understanding of this neurological variant. Because under certain conditions, ADHD can offer clear advantages in some areas of work! Of course, possible difficulties in professional life are also highlighted and concrete, implementable solutions are shown.

Readers with and without ADHD will appreciate the special treatment of this important topic as well as the easy implementation of the many practical tips and tricks that result from numerous studies and the author’s many years of intensive work with those affected – and his own ADHD. Adolescents and young adults as well as their parents will also find helpful support here in order to get off to a successful start in the world of work – with, despite or precisely because of ADHD!
