The Eight Archetypes
Every face in clinic terminates at one of eight stylized schematics — from the Compliant Primary to the Tertiary Pixie Revision. Each archetype is a four-page section: Decision Card, Surgical Sequence, Vectors & Pitfalls, and a Case Vignette.

The Master Triage Tree
Three clinical axes — prior surgery, neck dynamic anatomy, tissue compliance — resolve every consultation to one of eight terminal archetypes. A fourth filter, age plus indication, overrides at the extreme.

The Compliance Test
A three-minute clinical exam — Pinch, Flex, Redrape — that produces the compliance grading that drives every decision downstream. Static photographs are deceptive. Every neck looks acceptable on neutral profile.
