MCA Scientific Events 6th Congress of joint European Neonatal Societies 2025

The 6th Congress of joint European Neonatal Societies (jENS 2025), themed “From Evidence-based Research to Scientific Innovations: The Future of Neonatology starts here!”, will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, from October 21-25, 2025. It is organized in collaboration with the Pediatric Association of Serbia and features leadership from ESPR, UENPS, and GFCNI.
Learning Objectives

To explore and discuss the latest evidence-based research and scientific innovations in neonatology.

To review and advance clinical practices across core neonatal disciplines, including neurology, pulmonology, cardiology, nutrition, and gastroenterology.

To understand the long-term effects of prematurity and social/environmental determinants on neonatal outcomes.

To examine ethics and emerging technologies, such as artificial wombs and machine learning applications in patient deterioration.

To evaluate neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) quality improvement strategies, patient safety, and error management.

To integrate infant- and family-centered developmental care, enhancing parental involvement and partnerships in the NICU.

To participate in hands-on workshops covering critical skills like echocardiography, mechanical ventilation, vascular access, and lung ultrasound.

Target Audience

Healthcare professionals and researchers dedicated to neonatal and perinatal medicine, including pediatricians, neonatologists, neonatal nurses, and specialists in related fields.
